We service and support all equipment we sell. Instead of having to contact, wait for, and deal with 10 different vendors pointing fingers at each other, you only need to know the one number for ROCOVIEW service & support. If WE can't get it working, WE will deal with the vendors to get it working.
When your system goes down, you need to be back up ASAP. As a practicing Radiologist, I know first hand the feeling when I can't read studies. ROCOVIEW engineers the systems to be readily accessed remotely. Almost every potential question or problem can be addressed by our service team over the phone or internet. This means not having to wait for and pay for a service person to come out. But when you need one, we're there. With ANYTIME support, you can pick up the phone and immediately talk to a trained medical networking expert. SAME DAY and NEXT DAY support allow you to directly page our trained medical networking expert.
This is how ROCOVIEW keeps its service contract prices so low. Onsite repairs are uncommon and therefore we can save the customer money by only charging for each onsite visit as they happen rather than artificially inserting the cost of many onsite visits into the service fee.
