Founder
Greg Rose was born in Peoria, Ill. in 1959. He majored in physics at Bucknell University and earned a Ph.D. in Physics at Texas A&M with a specialty in ferromagnetic superconductors. While at Texas A&M, he taught Electricity and Magnetism, General physics, and Astronomy. He also performed research at the Cyclotron, Rotordynamics lab, and Ultralow temperature physics lab. He was the system manager for the VAX/VMS Physics department computer. His physics postdoctoral project was on an Army grant to evaluate methods of using pulsed lasers to see through smoke screens. He completed medical school at UTMB and served as a Radiology resident at the Baylor University Medical Center. He was an MRI fellow at the Mayo Clinic. He has been in private radiology practice for 5 years and lives in the Houston area. |
