WHAT MAKES ROCOVIEW SERVICE AND SUPPORT SO GOOD?

Our service and support team is comprised of personable, conscientious, knowledgeable, service-oriented trained computer experts who are proud to serve on the ROCOVIEW team.  The ROCOVIEW service motto is:  ?There is no stupid question.?  Your job is to use our equipment and tell us when you are not satisfied.  Our job is to maintain your equipment and keep you satisfied.   We take our job personally and take pride in a job well done.

We service and support all equipment we sell.   Instead of having to contact, wait for, and deal with 10 different vendors pointing fingers at each other, you only need to know the one number for ROCOVIEW service & support.  If WE can't get it working, WE will deal with the vendors to get it working.

When your system goes down, you need to be back up ASAP. As a practicing Radiologist, I know first hand the feeling when I can't read studies.  ROCOVIEW engineers the systems to be readily accessed remotely. Almost every potential question or problem can be addressed by our service team over the phone or internet. This means not having to wait for and pay for a service person to come out. But when you need one, we're there.  With ANYTIME support, you can pick up the phone and immediately talk to a trained medical networking expert.  SAME DAY and NEXT DAY support allow you to directly page our trained medical networking expert.

This is how ROCOVIEW keeps its service contract prices so low.  Onsite repairs are uncommon and therefore we can save the customer money by only charging for each onsite visit as they happen rather than artificially inserting the cost of many onsite visits into the service fee.

ROCOVIEW offers three levels of support and service to suit your needs - ANYTIME, SAME DAY, and NEXT DAY. Please ask about the details describing each level of service.

  • For hospitals with ICU's, OR's, and ER's.
  • For departments that need to be up and running on weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • For departments that do not have in-house trained staff in the field of PACS
  • For busy departments that have in-house, technical staff that can handle some of the day-to-day issues, but not the more complicated technical issues.
  • For departments that can afford to be down for up to 4 hours.
